Responsibilities
- Administer employee leaves of absence from intake through return-to-work, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other state and local leave programs
- Serve as a resource for employees by answering HR, leave, and benefits-related questions
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying life events, reporting, audits, and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within HRIS systems
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding
- Partner with internal teams to improve processes, efficiency, and employee experience
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and special projects
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience administering FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, and other leave programs
- Benefits administration experience, including employee support and reporting
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; UKG experience is highly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Staffing industry experience is a plus
This job will pay a range of $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
